Sheeting Prep

Before installiing exterior sheeting on the trailer we must first properly prepare all stud surfaces and install high strength 3M VHB tape.

The stud surface is physically sanded and then treated with liquid cleaning solution. Once the cleaning process has been completed, we install the high strenth automotive adhesive tape. This tape is nearly impossible to remove after proper surface prep and serves to further tie the unit together in our monocoque style of construction.
