Frame Assembly

This photo shows some of the early steps of the trailer construction process. The frame is being laid out (upside down) on a precision frame jig. In the background at right you can see the crew getting ready to install the frame hitch temporarily before it is sent out for paint.

All structural parts, plumbing, air/water tanks and the axles and suspension system will be installed while it is in this position.
